1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "jmmm," "we," "us," or "our" refers to jmmm Casino, the operator of the website located at jmmm.cam and all associated services, platforms, and mobile interfaces provided thereunder.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses jmmm's platform and services, including for the purpose of real-money wagering.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player upon successful completion of the jmmm registration process.
• "Platform" means the jmmm website (jmmm.cam), its mobile-optimized interface, any native applications, and all related gaming environments and services made available by jmmm.
• "Services" means all gaming products, payment processing, customer support, promotional programs, and ancillary services offered by jmmm to Players.
• "Real Money Wager" means any bet placed using verified, deposited funds in your jmmm account balance, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-deposited value granted to a Player by jmmm under an active promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process jmmm conducts in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations.

2Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of jmmm's real-money gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age threshold is consistent with the minimum age for gambling participation as applicable under Philippine gaming regulations. jmmm reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close any account where age compliance cannot be confirmed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

jmmm's Services are intended for use by individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using jmmm's Services is lawful in their jurisdiction. jmmm does not warrant or represent that its Services are legal in all geographic locations. Players who access jmmm from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted do so at their own risk and legal liability.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of individuals are expressly prohibited from registering for or using jmmm's Services:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Individuals who have been self-excluded from jmmm or any affiliated platform;
• Employees, directors, contractors, and agents of jmmm, and their immediate family members;
• Individuals using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform;
• Individuals accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party for real-money wagering purposes;
• Individuals who reside in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.

3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access jmmm's real-money gaming services, you must create a registered account by completing the jmmm registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jmmm. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — for any purpose, including but not limited to circumventing promotional terms, avoiding account restrictions, or exploiting bonus offers, is strictly prohibited. jmmm reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, apply an offset against any balances across associated accounts, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jmmm login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jmmm will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify jmmm's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account.

3.4 Account Currency

All jmmm accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in alternative currencies may be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. jmmm does not guarantee exchange rates and is not liable for any loss arising from currency conversion.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

jmmm accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and Cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jmmm does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees outside of jmmm's control. Deposits are processed and credited to your jmmm account balance as quickly as the respective payment network permits.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are available to Players whose accounts have been fully KYC-verified. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method belonging to the same account holder — jmmm does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits. Processing times are approximately 15–30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya and 1–3 banking hours for bank transfers.

4.3 Withdrawal Holds and Reviews

jmmm reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of additional identity verification, account review, or anti-fraud investigation. Such holds will be communicated to the Player with an estimated resolution timeline. jmmm aims to complete all reviews within 48 hours of initiating a hold.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations, jmmm may request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into a Player's account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in a withdrawal hold and, in cases of suspected money laundering or financial crime, reporting to the relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jmmm offers various promotional programs to eligible registered Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiration dates. These specific terms are communicated at the point of promotion display within a Player's dashboard. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's jmmm account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements represent the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement requires ₱20,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; game-specific contribution rates are displayed on each promotion's detail page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jmmm employs automated and manual systems to detect and investigate bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; exploiting bonus terms through low-risk hedging strategies; wagering on games with contribution rates that disproportionately advance wagering requirements relative to game RTP; and coordinated exploitation across multiple Player accounts. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, jmmm reserves the right to void all bonus-associated winnings, remove Bonus Funds, and permanently close the implicated accounts.

5.4 Bonus Expiration

All Bonus Funds are subject to expiration. Uncompleted wagering requirements and unused Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon expiration of the applicable promotional period. jmmm will provide notice of expiration timelines within the Player's dashboard. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates.

6Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the jmmm platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules and paytable of any game before placing real-money wagers. jmmm is not liable for losses incurred by a Player who was unfamiliar with a game's rules at the time of play.

6.2 Random Number Generator Integrity

All RNG-based games on jmmm use certified Random Number Generators that produce statistically independent, unpredictable outcomes for each game round. The RNG systems used in jmmm's game library are independently certified by recognized testing laboratories. Live dealer games operate with physical game equipment — cards, roulette wheels, and dice — subject to documented procedural controls.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, software bug, or communication failure that affects the outcome or recording of a game round, jmmm reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account balance. This right applies regardless of the apparent outcome displayed to the Player at the time of the error. jmmm will endeavor to resolve such issues promptly and communicate the outcome to affected Players.

6.4 Displayed Odds and Payouts

All payout odds and return-to-player (RTP) percentages displayed on jmmm's platform are calculated as theoretical long-run averages, not guaranteed per-session outcomes. Short-term variance is an inherent characteristic of all casino-style games. jmmm does not guarantee any specific payout to any individual Player in any gaming session.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on jmmm and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, potentially resulting in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to Philippine law enforcement where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated play with other Players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or display errors to place wagers at incorrect odds — any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void and will be reversed;
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions or access the Platform from prohibited jurisdictions;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment credentials to fund a jmmm account;
• Engaging in any conduct intended to launder money or finance illegal activities through the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jmmm staff or other Players via the Platform's communication channels;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any component of jmmm's platform software or security systems.

8KYC & Verification

8.1 Verification Obligation

jmmm is obligated to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process requires Players to submit acceptable identification documents proving their identity, age, and address. Standard accepted documents for Filipino players include a valid Philippine passport, UMID card, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO). jmmm may request additional documentation at its discretion where initial verification is inconclusive.

8.2 Document Handling

All identification documents submitted to jmmm for KYC purposes are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy laws. Documents are used solely for the purposes of age and identity verification and anti-money laundering compliance. jmmm does not sell or share KYC documentation with third parties except as required by applicable regulatory authorities.

8.3 Verification Timelines

jmmm aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation from a Player. Complex or incomplete submissions may require additional time. Players will be notified by email or within their jmmm dashboard of their verification status and any additional documentation requirements.

9Responsible Gaming

9.1 Commitment

jmmm is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a response to personal or financial difficulties. jmmm provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from every Player's account dashboard, without requiring support contact.

9.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jmmm Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automated reminders that prompt a check-in after a defined session duration (30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or custom intervals).
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may temporarily suspend their account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. The account remains inaccessible for the full duration of the cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they need a more permanent break from gaming may request self-exclusion, which permanently closes their jmmm account and blocks re-registration for the elected exclusion period.

10Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

jmmm provides its Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jmmm endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant or guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party network interruptions, and unforeseen technical failures may result in temporary service unavailability. jmmm is not liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered by a Player as a result of such interruptions.

10.2 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jmmm's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the Platform or Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their jmmm account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought, including contract, tort, or statutory liability.

10.3 Exclusion of Indirect Damages

jmmm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, however caused, even if jmmm has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms shall limit jmmm's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the jmmm Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game logic, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, interface design, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of jmmm or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

12Termination and Account Closure

12.1 Closure by Player

A Player may request closure of their jmmm account at any time by contacting jmmm's customer support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, jmmm will process any pending withdrawals of the verified cash balance to the Player's registered payment method, provided the account is in good standing and KYC verification is complete. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

12.2 Closure by jmmm

jmmm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; confirmed or suspected fraud; confirmed or suspected money laundering; abuse of promotional offers; provision of false registration information; account inactivity exceeding 12 months; or regulatory requirement. In cases of account closure due to a confirmed breach of these Terms by the Player, jmmm reserves the right to forfeit the account balance.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jmmm's operations. In the event of any dispute between jmmm and a Player arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players who are dissatisfied with jmmm's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter through the formal complaints procedure detailed on the Platform. jmmm's decisions on complaints related to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final once all internal review processes have been exhausted.

14Amendments to These Terms

jmmm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jmmm will provide notice to Players via email or via a prominent notice within the Platform at least fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the jmmm Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.
